EXERCISE!!!

It's hard to explain exercises so I'll be linking to pictures.

You'll need to invest in 5, 8, 10, and 15 pound dumbbells and a weight bench to start.

Four days a week. It's 25 exercises at 15 reps a set and 3 sets to begin.
Usually, I do two days that include all 25 and an hour of cardio. And 2 days that break it up into sections plus the hour of cardio.

Mondays and Thursdays are the massive days!

MAKE SURE YOU REST 20 SECONDS BETWEEN EACH SET!!

When you break the days apart, choose however you want to. I tend to do a mix of all. Or you could focus on arms/chest one day and legs/abs the other. It's whatever you find that works for you.

CARDIO: As long as you get in at least 30 mins a day, you're good to go. I recommend uphill walking since it burns a shit ton of calories and also will make your ass super hot. But really, find something that you enjoy. Take up a dance class or biking; ANYTHING to get your heart pumping! You don't have to do Cardio and strength at the same time. I feel that 15 mins of cardio in the morning at an intense pace and 15 mins prior to my strength training works awesome. YOu get the metabolism boosting in the morning and you get to warm up before you lift.

You need to buy whey protein. You have to refuel with 50 grams of protein within the 10-30 minutes after your work out. I take Glutamine too after my work outs. It makes your body heal faster from the lifting. I can't stress enough how important getting enough protein is.

I know it's a lot. Trust me. It's pretty fucking horrible the first time you do it but as long as you keep up for a week, your body will fall into a routine of doing it and you'll crave the burn!

Eventually, when you reach your goal weight, you can slack on the exercise unless you have plans to go into a career that demands constant lifting (like with my wrestling plans!) and you'll be able to not be so strict about your eating.

Yeah, I'm finally getting around to do it. <3 Glad you reminded me!

I'll start with nutrition.

I do Carb Cycling. It's the absolute best way to lose maximum weight without depriving yourself.

* 2 days of High Carbs. You pretty much eat your weight in carbs. If you're 160, eat 160 grams of carbohydrates. I have high carb days on Mondays and Thursdays, when I do my longest/hardest work outs. And eat most of your carbs early in the morning.

-Do not eat white rice, white pasta, white bread, or anything else with enriched bleach flour. It will only cause you to bloat and hinder weight loss!~

Complex Carbs for any day are:
brown rice, whole wheat bread, tofu, cream of wheat, oatmeal, sweet potatoes, grits, yams

You should mostly fill up on vegetables avoiding corn, potatoes, carrots, and peas. Choose green beans, broccoli, artichoke, asparagus, cauliflower, celery, cucumbers, pickles, eggplant, greens, lettuce, spinach, peppers, squash, zucchini

Fruit that are allowed: apples, all berries, grapefruit, oranges, peaches, grapes. Avoid bananas because they are extremely high in carbs!

*Med Carb days: half of what your daily allotted is. Days you only work out for a short period of time. Usually Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday for me.

*Low carb: You eat the bare minimum. That's no more than 50 carbs for that day. But do not exercise! Sunday and Wednesday!

You don't have to track your calorie intake. As long as you're choosing lean meats and lean cheese, you'll stay around 1000-1300 calories a day.

AVOID processed food. AVOID sugar. AVOID alcohol. AVOID diet drinks. LIMIT yourself to two caffeinated drinks a day. DRINK at least 120 ounces of water a day!! VERY important!

Make sure you're eating at LEAST 100 grams of protein a day. You may have to buy whey protein in order to supplement. I drink two shakes a day with soy milk in order to get my 150 grams (but I'm trying to build muscle so I eat a ton of protein)


It's annoying to track the carbs but trust me, it's worth it. And you'll eventually get used to what you're supposed to eat without worrying about keeping a food journal.

Okay, haha, that's step one.

Trust me, it's not going to be easy but if you're serious about losing weight, this is perfect for women. ;)

Everyone knew there was no love between Lucky Cannon and Cody Rhodes.

Cody regarded Lucky like a dog regarded a cat. Wary. Untrusting. Wanted to devour him. Devour; in every sense of the world. Because Cody didn’t love Lucky. He was lusting after the younger man. Two completely different emotions yet separated by a thin line that Cody was on the verge of crossing. Because after their enmity resulted in a bitter feud beginning; it was damn hard for Cody to keep his eyes to himself.

He watched Lucky. Watched him talk. Eat. Walk. Wrestle. Lucky was his addiction. A drug that Cody was quickly becoming a slave to. He loathed himself for it. He’d sworn to himself after Randy that he’d never want another man. Yet here he was. Admiring Lucky from afar, desperate to get his hands on him, forced to masturbate in the middle of the night when images of Lucky assaulted his mind. It was starting to piss Cody off and it was showing in his attitude towards Lucky.

Cody stalked the backstage, hearing the faint sounds of crew members, intent on his finding his prey.

He was standing just outside of the locker room the rookies used.

Those black spankies molded exquisitely to the curve of Lucky’s ass, hugged the faint outline of his cock. Cody suppressed his shudder, tried to keep the urges at bay. Lucky wasn’t as built as Randy-or Hell, even Cody himself-there was something real about Lucky. Something that Cody hadn’t seen in years among his fellow wrestlers. From his crooked smile to his brown hair to how he actually seemed to appreciate his fans, to how he seemed to love his job. Cody had forgotten what that was like. It had become a chore.

“What?” Lucky frowned, turning to face Cody, interrupting Cody’s shameless ogling. “I don’t have a beef with you, man. I don’t know why you’re-”

Cody grabbed Lucky by his elbow and roughly dragged him into a janitor’s closet. In the sparse light, Cody could see the alarm in Lucky’s eyes. And it made him more aroused then he already was. He could feel Lucky faintly trembling. He was shocked his own body was betraying him, his traitorous desires making him shudder with anticipation.

“You keep acting like you own the fucking place. Well guess what, Lucky, you’re nothing special,” Cody hissed, his anger starting to boil, directed solely at Lucky instead of himself. “You have no talent. You’re hot, I’ll give you that, but you can’t make it in this business based on your looks alone.”

Lucky pressed further against the brooms and buckets until his back was against the wall. His breathing was shallow. Cody could see sweat on his forehead and torso, watching as one bead trickled down Lucky’s sculpted abdominals and past the hem of his trunks, “Cody, I’m-”

“I see you and I’m reminded of everything I hate about myself,” Cody murmured, “And I fucking hate it!” His fists landed beside Lucky’s head, completely boxing him in, leaving him no room for escape. He straddled one of Lucky’s thighs. “Who do you think you are?”

“I don’t know what I did but I swear I didn’t mean it. If I’ve done something to piss you off, I’d like to know so that I can try to change-”

“I don’t need your apologies. You being here is what pisses me off. You make me feel things.”

“What?” Fear. Real fear was in the younger man’s eyes.

“And I’m done with playing this game. I always get what I want and right now, I want you,” Cody snarled, breath ghosting Lucky’s face. He could feel the other man panting…
